A few days ago, Edith González passed away after a few years of fighting cancer. "I have known Edith González since she was 13 years old," Juan Osorio revealed to the media. “We were doing Las twins and Maricruz Olivier came down, I remember very well, that at that moment she decreed that [Edith González] was going to be a star, a great actress and a protagonist; which, he fulfilled."
The producer also made it clear that as a human being, the protagonist of the soap opera Salomé was also extraordinary and always cared about the people she loved.
"Edith was a great partner and actress, but also a great daughter," she added. “He never left Doña Ofelia [Fuentes, mother of the histrion]. From the day her father died, she acquired the responsibility of having Doña Ofelia, the family. A great mom and I create a great wife.”
Juan Osorio revealed that he talked with Edith González, before he died, and they were planning a project together that could no longer be carried out; but they had a pact to carry it out.
"I love her very much, it is difficult for me to say something that is negative. I have nothing but wonderful experience [with González], he said. "Edith was a woman with finesse, but also with great sensuality, special."
