Granddaughter Accused Of Murdering Her Grandparents

Gwinnett County, Georgia, authorities arrested a 17-year-old girl, Cassandra Bjorge, and her boyfriend, Johnny Ryder, 19, on Sunday as alleged perpetrators of the murder of the girl's grandparents.

According to Atlanta Channel 2, police last week went to the home of the victims, Wendy and Randall Bjorge, after family members residing in another town reported that they knew nothing of them and had been unable to communicate. Agents knocked on the door several times, but were unable to enter because they lacked authorization.

In a fact that was originally separate from that case, police rushed to an apartment in the city of Lawrenceville, just over a mile from the home for the elderly, on Saturday after Ryder had allegedly battered his son. brother and his girlfriend.

Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered the vehicle of the Bjorge couple parked in that residence, which made them return to the home of the elderly, but this time with the proper authorization in hand.

Upon arrival they discovered the two lifeless victims: one in the hallway, the other in the bathroom. So far it is not known how long they had been dead or the exact cause of their death, but it is believed that they were beaten to death.

After continuing the investigation, authorities deployed a SWAT team Sunday morning around an apartment building, not far from the crime scene. The two suspects were sheltered there, who apparently tried to kill themselves, so after their arrest they were transferred to a nearby hospital to treat the injuries they had caused.
