In a new installment of the Specials with Kika, the beauty and lifestyle expert interviewed Bibi Marini, founder of the brand, who told her all about her beginnings and how she empowers women by offering them work in her workshop..

"The workshop is a beautiful thing because they are all mostly female mothers, heads of families," says the talented designer. “We do everything by hand, hand woven. What is not inside the workshop let's say that they are all jewelers or different people who work in Colombia, but in particular in my workshop we are all women”.

The earrings are made with silver, Swarovski crystals and silk threads, and it takes about eight hours to make each pair. Celebrities such as Sofía Vergara and Aerin Lauder are fans of the brand that is available from major portals such as Moda Operandi and Net-a-Porter.
