
Giselle Blondet emphasizes the importance of not neglecting image and health. The 52-year-old Puerto Rican presenter admits that you have to find a balance to enjoy the summer without excesses. Here are some of her secrets.
- Humidifies and protects your skin. “I have behaved quite badly. I, who never sunbathe, have gone to Italy and burned my skin”, he confesses. “I am now getting wet. I love skin oils. I put them on when I just got out of the shower because the pores are open. I put creams on. Exfoliation and hydration of the skin are very important”.
Giselle Blondet defends herself from bullying
- It stays hydrated. "You have to drink a lot of liquid, a lot of water. I stay away from soft drinks. I drink juices in the morning, always natural. I make my smoothie, but I drink a lot of water. It helps you lose weight and your skin looks better."
- Her hair is her secret weapon. “I like to condition my hair well. I like to put on a moisturizing mask once a week,”says the L'Oreal Paris spokesperson for Excellence Creme. “I put the famous mayonnaise in my hair and sometimes I was wearing it for hours. It gives you an impressive shine.”
- It stays active. "I like to do cardio every day. Sometimes I am lazy and I don't want to go to the gym to do weights, but I walk around the island where I live. I walk with Lupita, my little dog. Sometimes when I exercise with her, she strikes me, she lies down and looks at me without moving,”she laughs. “I try to exercise for at least an hour a day. I run a little and walk. I follow the advice of my coach José Fernández to burn calories”.
