Honoring her character of setting trends in fashion, Belinda has participated in the recording of the video for the Motel group, “Sueño de ti”, wearing an outfit with a marked Gothic trend.
“We are looking for a more gothic, Byzantine look that will show that we are always proposing. I love being different, no matter how risky it is. When you do something different, not only do you take away your fear, but you also take it away from others of being like everyone, Belinda told the Mexican newspaper Reforma.
The singer wore a black crown designed by Assaad Awad, Lady Gaga's favorite designer. She also wore some cross-shaped earrings and necklace and another golden crown from Dolce & Gabbana that she bought herself.
“We have the latest collection of dresses from the same brand, which is spectacular and has images of saints. We are combining religion with all of this. And I love this proposal from Dolce, who even used it at a Katy Perry event a few days ago, because somehow we came from that, Belinda said.
The singer assured that she does not seek to imitate other artists. "I do not want to be Lady Gaga, or anyone, just have my own style and look for proposals," he said.
The recording of the video began on Monday morning with the members of Motel, Billy and Rodrigo.
