As revealed in a recent report by the online site Nameberry, which specializes in baby names, Archie has been catapulted in 2019 as the most popular for the little boys who have come into the world this year.

After the birth of the first son of the Dukes of Sussex a little over two months ago, the boy's official name, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, caught many experts by surprise, as some of the names that were nominated as favorites for the baby included more traditional options like Arthur, James, Philip or Albert.

Although Archie is not considered a very popular name among royalty, its meaning is very special, as it denotes "bravery". For his part, the boy's middle name, Harrison, originated centuries ago and means "son of Harry."
