Marlene Favela Is Pregnant

In mid-January, actress Marlene Favela traveled to Mexico from Australia to finalize the details of a project in which she was supposed to participate. She planned to stay for about a month and a half, before returning to her husband, businessman George Seely, but those plans changed when a pregnancy test confirmed that she was in the sweet wait.

The news that she would become a mother took the actress by surprise, who a few weeks earlier had decided to stop contraception to fulfill her husband's desire to be a father, after completing a year of marriage.

"I didn't even have it in mind," Favela tells People en Español about the sudden pregnancy. “It is like a gift from God. I didn't expect it, what's more, I didn't believe it. My husband [is] the happiest in the world.”

Just a few days ago, the actress was three months pregnant and confesses that the symptoms of pregnancy are just beginning, and although her body is changing, she is enjoying this stage to the fullest.

"[Already] I started to have a little disgust. I already feel like a little bulky in my stomach,”he said.

As a first-time mom, she is documenting as much as possible about what to expect in the coming months, while allowing herself to be pampered by her mom and mother-in-law.

"I think I'm being very apprehensive in pregnancy because I want to give her the best that I can," she says. “I don't know if I am or am not a mom [yet], because I still don't have it [physically], but I feel like a mom because I am already worried that the baby will eat healthy, fruits and vegetables, nothing raw. I'm taking care of him so much that I feel like I'm already [mom],”he says.
