Having a child literally changes your life, but for good. Since she became a mom for the second time two weeks ago, Ximena Duque has seen how her day to day has turned 180 degrees. The Colombian actress has gone from having time to pamper herself, to being 24 hours a day looking after a little person who requires her full attention right now. The 32-year-old interpreter used to share many photos daily on Instagram where she showed her more than two million followers much of her routine; since the arrival of her princess, however, she has scarcely shared 4 publications, three on the birth of the little girl.

Aware of how little she has been active in the last two weeks, Ximena published a series of videos on Instagram Stories last weekend in which she somehow justified her absence and told how the first days of Luna's mother are passing.

“Here I am finally taking up social media, I will not be as active as before but I promise to be a little more active. What happens is that the first two weeks of a newborn baby it is very difficult to adapt to the new schedules because it turns out that Luna sleeps during the day and is awake all night, "Duque explained. "But I'm finally organizing the schedule for her," added the actress, who hopes to be able to keep an eye on the night from now on.

Another of the reasons that has made Ximena 'slave' to her daughter is the feeding of the baby, since the artist is only breastfeeding her.

"I just breastfeed her so that makes me her slave, but happy," she acknowledged. "I am 100% with her because she eats a lot and very often."

Fortunately, the actress is having the support of her husband, businessman Jay Adkins, who just a few days ago expressed his admiration for the actress on social networks. “Being a mother is definitely the hardest job in the world, especially at the beginning.
