The daughter of the nation's first president shared on her Instagram account a beautiful message on the occasion of the birthday of her husband Jared Kushner, text that accompanied with a photograph that immediately generated speculation about a new pregnancy.

The image immediately highlights a detail that is impossible to miss: Ivanka's tummy and the way her left hand holds her. A fourth child on the way?

Happy birthday Jared! Thank you for being the most wonderful father, husband and friend you could have ever dreamed of. This is for you!”Wrote the president's oldest daughter next to the photo.
