A little over a week after the serious accident that Maddie, Britney Spears' little niece, suffered, the little girl celebrated Valentine's Day surrounded by a lot of love.
The girl, who remained in a coma for two days, visited her school and gave her classmates some chocolates. Of course, his mom Jamie Lynn Spears shared a cute photo of the moment on her Instagram account.
"Maddie is not ready to go back to school yet but her doctors gave her permission today to bring some Valentine candy to her class," wrote series star Zoey 101 of the Nickelodeon network.
The moment certainly has a special meaning for the Spears family, since the recovery of the little girl could be considered miraculous after almost losing her life in an accident with an ATV motorcycle.
“It was a great moment for us after everything that has happened. We are so grateful to celebrate Valentine's Day with the people we love,”Spears continued in her post.
