Gabriel Soto: "[I'm A] Typical Jealous Dad"

Gabriel Soto is happy with his new baby Alexa Miranda, two months old.

The actor says that she is a very charming and smiling girl at night … since she spends the whole day sleeping … Her parents therefore suffer many troubles, but that does not mean they stop enjoying their new paternity.

“In the day, sleep peacefully. A train can run over him and he doesn't wake up. At night she is playful, smiling, she does not sleep … but we are happy. She is an angel who has brought us a lot of happiness and harmony to the house”.

Gabriel says that with the arrival of Alexa many work plans also come.

“Fortunately, I have had several important moments in my life, but this is without a doubt one of them. [I have] a complete family which fills me with love and joy; with alot of work. Two plays this year, there are proposals to make a film in August and many more plans”.

On the other hand, Soto does not deny that he is a jealous dad and even admits that he has prohibited his eldest daughter Elissa Marie from having a boyfriend until she is of age. “I've always said to him, 'Elissa, you are prohibited from falling in love. You're not going to fall in love, '”the actor told the Mexican press with a laugh.

However, her partner Geraldine Bazán has asked her to change her attitude, so as not to cause any negative effect on the girl.

"Geraldine told me: 'You are causing him a very strong conflict,'" Soto said. "Then I said [to Elisa]: 'you can fall in love, daughter, but until you are 18 years old."

With this permission, the older sister is more than happy. "They don't know how he thanked me," said the actor.

"He said, 'Dad, thanks for letting me fall in love,'" Soto said.

Soto admits that he is jealous when he sees her holding hands with the children in the playground. "[I'm a] typical jealous dad," he admitted with a laugh.
