Little Mateo, the son of Galilea Montijo, is still too young to even think about what he will want to be when he grows up, but that is not something that worries his mother.
"I don't know, but the [profession] that he chooses, that he always chooses to be the best and strives to be the best," Galilea told People en Español this weekend.
The actress and host of the Hoy (Univisión) program also expressed that she has no plans, when the time comes, to demand that her son stay studying in the United States. "If he wants and he decides, we as happy parents of life," he said. “The most important thing for us is to support her in whatever she decides. We are happy to push him to continue his studies, and if he wants it to be here in the United States or in Mexico, we will always support him.”
His remarks came as part of a ceremony in Miami on Saturday, in which he presented 12 scholarships of $ 10,000 each to six mothers and six Hispanic students. These scholarships are part of the “Dream Without Limits” program, an initiative of the Clorox brand. “I love that Clorox has thought about supporting moms to continue their studies. That is why when I was invited, I was happy in life to be able to be part of this great campaign, she said.
