Marjorie De Sousa Talks About Pedro Fernández's Departure From Until The End Of The World

One of the news that gave the most to talk about in 2014 in Mexico was the sudden departure of Pedro Fernández from the soap opera Until the End of the World, a story that the actor and singer starred with great success along with the beautiful Venezuelan Marjorie de Sousa.

Although many things were rumored about the reason that would have led him to abandon the project, including that his wife was jealous of Marjorie, the reality is that it was never known what really happened.

The secrecy with which what happened was handled in its day reached such a level that even who was Pedro's partner in fiction did not know why he abandoned the soap opera.

"When I found out about Pedro, I obviously started crying because I couldn't believe it," Marjorie said in a recent interview with journalist Mara Patricia Castañeda.

"Obviously it did hit me a lot because the novel was already at a point where people loved the couple. I never forget that I found out the day with the highest rating and I never knew why she left. We never really knew, "said the renowned Venezuelan star.

The woman who was the villain of the successful melodrama Amores verdaderos denied, however, that Pedro's wife was jealous of him or saw her as a rival, as was rumored.

"That did not happen. She [referring to Pedro's wife] [was] super cute too. Her daughters were always on the calls. Maybe it was a personal issue that is the safest and because it has to be respected,”she said.

Although at first it was difficult to assimilate the change of protagonists that the soap opera suffered, Marjorie also recognized that David Zepeda did an excellent job and made everything much easier.

"Thank God it went very well later also because David came in and we were all very scared there, it was a stellar novel. And the two are very different, that is, each one has magic because the truth is that Pedro has an incredible charisma, David people love him too and they were very different and I think that even he liked it, "he concluded.
