Autumn is officially here! That means pumpkin spice lattes, leaves on the ground, and school back in session. But sweater weather is no excuse to stop working out. This season is the perfect time to create or keep good habits going as we stare down the upcoming holidays and all their yummy meals and decadent parties. It's also the most comfortable time of the year to work out outside as the warm weather starts to cool off.
