According to the magazine Shape, the person in charge of physically preparing the Colombian interpreter is the trainer Anna Kaiser, the same one who trained her for her most recent concert tour.
In the interview with said publication, Kaiser confessed that the singer is performing two routines, one dance, which alternates choreography and resistance movements, and exercises to tone muscles.
"I'm probably going to see her one more time [before the Super Bowl] and do some intensive preparation with her," the coach said. "That is definitely going to be a great presentation."
Along with her intense exercise routine, the January Day performer is also following a diet that involves eating small portions several times a day.
“I work with Shakira's chef to create meals and snacks. It's all about eating real food [because] she doesn't like taking supplements, "Kaiser explained. "She likes it to be delicious, fresh food."

According to another interview the coach conducted, this time with Delish.com at the end of last year, the Colombian alternates between eating 6 percent vegetables and 40 protein, and 80 percent vegetables and 20 protein. In one day the artist drinks black coffee for breakfast, salad and poached fish for lunch, soup for afternoon tea, a portion of dark chocolate for dessert and ends the day with a steak with spinach and grilled tomatoes.
