After giving birth, one of the concerns of new mothers is to regain their figure. While some wait a couple of months to establish physical activity routines, others, like Khloé Kardashian, start an exercise program right away.

After giving birth to her daughter True on April 12, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians (E!) Star is already back in the gym.

Kardashian, 33, posted a series of videos to her Snapchat account where she showed off her toned stomach. “It is very heavy to start training because you are pushing your body so hard, you are very tired and you are trying to get back into your rhythm. It is much more difficult than one expects it to be,”Khloé is heard saying in one of the clips he shared last Monday. I have been exercising for 11 days. I feel great, but tired. My body is in pain because it is waking up again.”

Khloé also expressed herself to the criticism she has received for focusing on her body after giving birth.

"What bothers me is that I read a few times on Twitter that [some] feel that I am focusing too much on my body, but the truth is that I exercised five, six days a week before getting pregnant. This is my sanctuary and something I love to do, "said Kim Kardashian's sister. "So I want to start doing that now. I want to find the time to exercise because that will be my new normal. Just because I have a baby doesn't mean I should stop doing the things I love. I love to exercise and keep my mind on the right thing.”
