Create resolutions for the new school year
As parents, we can help our children have a happy school year by working together to create and fulfill their own resolutions. By asking them what their goals are before the first day of school, you will be helping them create a guide that they can easily follow throughout the year. Do you want to improve in mathematics? Take time after school to focus on it. Do you want to be part of a spelling team? As parents, we can learn about the requirements and help you!
Set the alarm a week before the first day of school
Although the hardest thing on the first day of school is waking up, you can help your child get ready ahead of time by setting the alarm clock early a full week earlier so it's easier to get back to routine.

As parents, it is part of our job to get the materials our children need to be successful in school. You can use your drawer or a large shoe box, so you always know where you have them stored and then don't stress looking for them.
