The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, revealed that while studying at university - before belonging to British royalty - she was a waitress and said that "it was terrible" in her performance.
These statements were offered while filming the Christmas special A Berry Royal Christmas, along with her husband Prince William, led by television presenter and food critic Mary Berry.
During the show, the Dukes of Cambridge participated in a friendly contest where they showed off their cooking skills and baked a cake for the Christmas holidays. The television special will air tonight across the UK.
"This reminds me of when I worked as a waitress in my college years," Middleton said. When asked by Barry how she was doing at work, the Duchess replied, "It was terrible!"
Prince William's wife revealed that while they were in college - they both attended and fell in love at St. Andrews - her husband was trying to impress her by cooking "all kinds of food," including Bolognese sauce.
