Cadesha Bishop, 25, was arrested Monday in Las Vegas after an incident that cost an elderly man his life. According to witnesses, the woman pushed Serge Fournier, 74, out of a bus because he told him to be "kinder" to the rest of the passengers, according to multiple sources in Nevada.

The incident occurred last March 21 while Fournier was walking with the help of a walker down the aisle of the municipal vehicle.

Witnesses told police that the woman was on the bus with her son and that she was apparently arguing with other passengers by saying high-sounding words. It was then that the victim asked her to be "kinder to passengers," according to the Las Vegas Sun newspaper.

As Fournier was heading toward the bus's exit steps, the woman pushed him "with both hands," according to police reports released by the local KSNV network. "She shoved her with such force that she couldn't even touch the steps [of the bus]," she explained of her fatal fall of approximately 8 feet in height.

Police who rushed to the scene found the man bleeding. Fournier was admitted to a hospice, where he died on April 23, as confirmed by the Clark County Coroner's Office.

The bus security video was key to identifying the woman. In this clip you can see how Bishop got off the bus with her son and did not even offer help to the old man before leaving.

The suspect, who had a prior criminal record, remains in a detention center on a $ 100,000 bond.
