Meghan Markle's Sister-in-law Is Arrested

Meghan Markle, who married Prince Harry at a beautiful ceremony in Windsor in May, has to deal with a new scandal in her family.

Daily Mail reports that Meghan Markle's future sister-in-law, Darlene Blount, 37, was arrested on suspicion of assault again. But, that's not all, he spent another night behind bars, the newspaper reports.

Blount is Meghan's father's brother's fiancee, Thomas Markle Jr. The woman's arrest occurred in Grants Pass, Oregon, last Friday. The couple apparently share a residence. The charges are described by the publication as assault in the fourth degree.

A Daily Mail source said there was allegedly a call for a domestic violence incident at the home of Thomas Markle Jr. and Darlene Blount. "Darlene was arrested on assault charges," the person said.

The note reports that in December there was another incident of domestic violence between the couple. The report of the 911 call at the time indicates that Blount alleged that Meghan's brother was very strange and was hitting himself. But, in his conversation he used foul language. Also, she said her fiancé was drinking when he got jealous because he thought she was flirting with some man she knew in a bar. Blount claimed she was scared because the Duchess of Sussex's sister was a big man. When the police came to the residence they did not believe the story of Meghan's sister-in-law, and she was arrested for assault.
