Rosalie's parents also assured that the police already have in their custody a newspaper in which the little girl described the abuse of which she was a victim by her peers. The little girl's father also blamed the leaders of the school where his daughter studied for not having taken the necessary precautions, also adding that those bullies that led his daughter to want to kill herself are still in school.
