As if it were the Oscars for the worst of food, a recent study by the Center for Science in the Public Interest presented a curious list of winners, in different categories, for the highest calorie food dishes in food chains Americans.

Surprisingly, some of the names that appeared this year in the report called the Xtreme Eating Awards were recognized chains like Chili's, Cheesecake Factory, IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Buster's Carnivore Pizzadilla, and Pizzeria Uno.

Before presenting the winners and for your consideration, look at these numbers of what the report recommends that you consume for one day: 2,000 calories, 2,300 milligrams of sodium, 20 grams of saturated fat and 50 grams of sugar.

The infamous first place in the Worst Visceral Effects category went to Chilli's Ultimate Smokehouse Combo. The total calorie count of this succulent dish is 2,440, also adding 41 grams of saturated fat and 7,610 milligrams of sodium. All in one meal!

For its part, the prize for the worst adaptation of a pasta went to the Neapolitan Cheesecake Factory with 2,310 calories. Much more than what one of their sweet and famous desserts has.

The IHOP network also did the honors by appearing with its Cheeseburger Omelette with Pankakes, Butter, & Syrup in the Least Original Breakfast award, totaling 2,310. In the Worst Cheese in a Leading Role category, Buffalo Wild Wings won the award with the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger and its 1,950 calories.

And to top it off, the most ridiculous Final Permission went to the Ridiculously Awesome, Insanely Large Chocolate Cake from Pizzeria Uno that adds just 1,740 calories and 168 grams of sugar to your diet.
