Kylie Jenner keeps getting into legal trouble. Less than a month after he was sued for plagiarism charges for using photos of music icons for the clothing brand he carries with his sister, Kendall + Kylie, Jenner and NBC Universal, they now face a lawsuit over the logo they use to promote the next Life of Kylie series.

Apparently, British artist Sara Pope blames them for copying one of her pieces called "Temptation Neon", which, according to her, closely resembles the logo that Jenner is using for her show. The logo consists of lips with a lipgloss finish bordered with a phosphorescent light that are being seductively bitten.

It is not the first time that Jenner's lips have caused him conflict. Makeup artist Vlada Haggerty has also repeatedly accused her of stealing her photos and campaign ideas for 'Kylie Cosmetics', as shown in the photo below that she posted on her social media.

TMZ reports that people close to the Life of Kylie production claim that the logo was designed by a third party and that Jenner was not involved in the creative process.

At the moment, neither the young 19-year-old star nor NBC have spoken publicly on the subject, but we will be watching to see how this new controversy that Jenner and the Life of Kylie team is facing evolves.
