How come you keep fit and always with a smile?

I am 42 years old and 20 years old in the bodybuilding industry. I was a fitness champion. I have a fit life of nutrition as well as discipline and perseverance. Exercise is not for vanity but for a matter of physical, mental and sentimental health. It helps us feel safe, to wake up with more vitality in the morning. [Help to] have a much more active day. Adrenaline shoots us to another level and more than anything that is security. It is not looking for a body like the one next door, but rather improving yours and loving yourself as you are and your limits.

What has been the most difficult part of your career?

The most difficult part of my career is when people express themselves badly about me without knowing me. And they care about your life more than theirs. The easiest thing for me has been to mourn it, transcend it and turn the page. This judging us as human beings has nothing to do with whether you are famous or not, it is a problem of humanity, always pointing to others. Instead of judging you have to ask 'how can I help you'.

I consider myself a positive girl, a girl pushed forward. Actions are those that speak for a person.

Who you admire?

I really admire Maribel Guardia, I am her fan. She is my friend. I admire her for the soul she has, I have seen her professionalism and she always adds to the positive, she always prays for people. She has a very incredible aura.
