Characters in the movie A Wrinkle in Time now have their own Barbie. Look how they look.
Nothing better than reading a few pages of a good book before going to sleep, especially when we were children and our parents read us the best stories, which stayed in our memory. For many one of those books is Madeleine L'Engle's fantasy novel A Wrinkle in Time, which luckily for many will soon hit the big screen. Best of all, the protagonists are none other than Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, and Mindy Kaling, making the film even more interesting. But that's not the only thing that has fans excited. And the fact is that now the protagonists of the film can be taken to their home.
It turns out that the Mattel company came up with Barbies inspired by the movie characters and the result was incredible. Winfrey, Witherspoon and Kaling look spectacular as dolls and thousands of fans around the world are fascinated by the idea of having them in their homes.
It was director Ava DuVernay who broke the news on her Twitter page.
"When Disney makes Barbies from the characters in your movie and you just want to watch them all day because you loved Barbies when you were a kid but you never had one like these," DuVernay wrote alongside a photo of the three dolls.
The dolls belong to the brand's Adult Collection and are not yet available. Of course, when they are they will cost $ 50 each. So you know, if you are a fan of the book, you have to be careful so that you do not miss the opportunity to get one of these beauties.
