For Ana Patricia Gámez taking care of her skin and using the right products has always been a priority, especially considering that she has to get up early to record the Despierta América program (Univisión). Even doing a show early in the day, the Mexican host always looks impeccable. With her we talked about the tricks that she uses to always look so beautiful. “Don't put on smoky eyes and red lips at the same time. Choose only one thing”, explains the Mexican. "Tweezers are my secret weapon. It's what I use to make sure the tabs lock into place, "says the driver. "When you take them out of the box sometimes they may still have the adhesive used to hold them in place inside the package, so I always make sure to remove it entirely because lumps can be created by [putting them on]."

The lipstick for every occasion

"I love adding a touch of lip color to almost any party look," says the Mexican. “If you are going to use a striking color like an orange red, use lipstick. If you have a long day ahead, use a lip tint. They're great because you don't have to worry about reapplying them. If you're going to be spending time outside, I suggest using gloss because it will keep your lips hydrated.”

Long-lasting makeup

“Makeup setting sprays can make your makeup last longer. If [I'm going to] go out at night I spray a small amount to finish my look and make sure it lasts all night,”says Gámez.

The right shadows

“If it is during the day or there will be a lot of light, choose matte shades. If [you are going to be] at an event at night or in dim light, I recommend shining shadows, "says the former beauty queen. "Something contour is what I suggest adding to any look to help define your features."

Your best ally

“After any party or big celebration, what you want most is to sleep. I don't always have the energy for a full night beauty routine, so the quickest and easiest thing for me is to have makeup remover wipes on my nightstand,”she confesses.
