Why Was Jennifer Lawrence's Hair Cut?

We have witnessed his drastic makeover. It has even been speculated whether or not it is a wig that he is wearing. But, in effect, Jennifer Lawrence said goodbye to her mane and opted for a modern pixie cut. And to end the speculations, the actress has just answered the million dollar question: why did she cut it off?

"I don't know, I had cut it before, it was like [on the shoulders] and it grew and it was complicated, I always picked it up in a bun until I said to myself: 'I don't want to do this anymore', so I decided to cut it," he said the actress in a question and answer session sponsored by Yahoo.

We certainly applaud her for daring to wear her hair so short. However, Katniss Everdeen will not follow the same steps; her famous character in the movie Hunger Games will keep her long braid in the next two sequels.

"Katniss will not be wearing this hair in the next movie, don't worry," explained the young woman. "I'll be wearing a wig [in the movies]."

Meanwhile, the wig stylist is frantically searching for a super snap so that the actress's false hair remains intact as she records her stunt scenes.
