Becoming a mom is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful things that can happen to a woman, however, not everything is honey flakes because the physical changes are many. Venezuelan actress Marjorie de Sousa spoke exclusively with People en Español and told us what she did to recover her figure after she brought the beautiful Matías into this world.

So take note ladies!

Was it difficult to recover your figure after you became Matías's mother?

My body has undergone many changes. Newborn my baby, a month later I was at my normal weight, I was thin. But then with [the] stress of work I underwent a change, I was bloated, it was hard for me to be a hundred.

Did you change your routines?

I must emphasize that my routines were not the same because of the little time I had to do them, I only took care of my diet. After I finished the series Across the Wall, I gradually resumed my routines and combined my exercises.

Surely that has not been an easy task …

Girls is not easy, not all of us have [the] happiness of being thin and also [having a] [strong] abdomen after being mothers. Let us accept ourselves as we are, give thanks for that and we will work on ourselves as it is a long road in every way for us as women.

What has been your exercise routine?

Every day I change my routines I have two coaches: José Herrera @elpeps does Tacfit, yoga, etc. I have been working with him since I was pregnant (I trained most of my pregnancy), which also helped me to return to my weight soon.

Besides exercise, what other secret is there?

Our body undergoes many changes. We must accept ourselves and live them fully. Accept each change with love, then little by little the [body] takes its place, but do not hurry and do not feel scared for not being one hundred or not seeing us with the perfect abdomen, legs, perfect hips since we changed so much inside as well as outside.

Let's love giving life, let's love breastfeeding, let's love every step we take to be one hundred, without mistreating ourselves for not being perfect, we are responsible for giving life and for being well for those lives for which we are responsible. Love yourself
