After adding Mom's title to her to-do list, Zoë Saldaña became a cheerleader for all the new moms struggling to regain her figure after giving birth.

The Guardians of the Galaxy 2 protagonist turned to social media to share her effort to regain the figure she had before giving birth to the 1-year-old twins Cy and Bowie. All it takes is determination! Moms we can do it, damn it!”, Shared the artist.

To achieve this, Saldaña turned to celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza, who subjected the actress to rigid circuit training to prepare her for the filming of the Star Trek film just nine months after giving birth.

"Our workouts were not just to make her look strong, but [to] feel fit again," Braganza told People.

The trainer, who has worked with actresses like Jessica Alba and Halle Berry, designed exercises for Saldaña to help her regain her normal weight after she reached 185 pounds during pregnancy.

"Zoe is not a fan of the treadmill, so to [cover the cardiovascular] I focused on dance moves and boxing to get her heart rate up, kicking, leg lifting, pilometric combinations, and if we were using the cardio equipment, let's alternate the activities".

To regain the abs that the actress boasted last summer, she focused on something else. "Recovering her stamina was key, as well as strengthening her torso," said the coach.

The actress also strengthened her body by using weights to improve her posture, in addition to training outdoors and hiking. As for her diet, Saldaña had very good support.

"She and her husband Marco [Perego] decided to get in shape together, and their eating plan included organic vegetables and many Latin dishes, but in a healthy version," explained Braganza.

Saldaña disciplined herself with her workouts and in December was able to put on one of the suits she wore in Guardians of the Galaxy before her pregnancy.

"Me***! Guys, I had to share this, this is one of the #guardiansofthegalaxy suits that I wore in 2013,”the actress wrote on her Instagram account. "After [having] the twins, I can't believe I was able to get into it. Working hard pays off! Seriously mommies of the world, if I did it, you too [can do it]”.
