An article published by nutritionist Cynthia Sass in TIME Health states that although breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, it is not the only one that you should pay attention to if you want to lose weight. Lunch is also key in this process. You should keep in mind that if you eat very little at noon, then you will want to binge or overeat, explains Sass. If you want to reduce inches and feel better, Sass recommends these five options:

You need efficiency: When you go to prepare dinner prepare two portions, so you can pack one for the other day. You should have two servings of vegetables the size of a baseball. Prepare them with EVOO, balsamic and herbs. Another protein, -from lentils to fish- and a choice of a starch such as sweet potato, quinoa or brown rice.
If you like preparing meals then a stir-fry or stir-fry style meal will be your option. Cook in a frying pan on fire under yellow onion with vegetable broth. Add broccoli, red peppers, and purple cabbage. Add pepper and cook the vegetables. Add a protein: chicken or grains. Serve with wild or brown rice and garnish with almonds.

Add half a cup of blue potatoes or sweet potato, green salad, tomato, grated carrot, yellow bell peppers, and three ounces of canned salmon or half a cup of red lentils. You can make the dressing with tahini, water, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt and cayenne pepper.
Instead of sushi with white rice, order a salad with ginger dressing, three ounces of grilled sashimi or prickly pear, one serving of avocado, and one serving of brown rice. In a Mexican restaurant, it's best to order a salad, grilled chicken or fish, black beans, and avocado.
You have to eat fast: a good option is chopped raw vegetables like cucumbers, red peppers and celery. You can season them with guacamole or almond butter. Plus, you can add boiled chickpeas or eggs, or three ounces of cold cooked chicken. And you can even eat popcorn.
