A Pennsylvania woman pleaded guilty Monday to murdering her boyfriend by crushing him to suffocation after hitting him with the table leg during a fight fueled by alcohol and cocaine cravings.

News. In return, she adds to the newspaper, the 44-year-old woman will receive a sentence of 18 to 36 years in prison.

According to authorities, Thomas confessed that during his fight with his boyfriend, also 44, he cut off her hand with a razor and hit him with the leg of a table. Then he sat on Butler's head, which was on the sofa, until he stopped breathing. In their report, police noted that Thomas weighs about 300 pounds and his victim was barely 120.

The coroner attributed the death to respiratory failure following trauma from a blunt object and chest compression. The body was discovered by police in the residence hall of the residence after Thomas herself called the emergency service to tell that she had killed a person.

The woman also admitted that the row with her boyfriend came after drinking alcohol and that she felt like consuming crack, crystallized cocaine.

"It is a good resolution based on the facts of the case," said attorney Mark Del Duca, in charge of the defense of the accused. "I think it is fair to both sides."

Sandra Butler, the victim's sister, disagreed and expressed her disagreement with the sentence to which Thomas will be sentenced. "I feel like I should be 40 [years] or older," he said in statements collected by the Erie Times-News. "She deserved life in prison."
