In April 2016, Ximena Sariñana married Rodrigo Rodríguez in an intimate ceremony, where only people close to the couple and without the media in attendance were present. Now, just over a year married, the singer herself announced that she is expecting her first baby.

“Today I turned 32 years old. I am tremendously grateful with life for everything she gave me this year, but above all very excited about what is to come,”Sariñana wrote on her Instagram account. "The next year I have to start new projects, but nothing as incredible as the biggest project of my life: being a mom!".
