Mexican actress Claudia Álvarez told her Instagram followers that Kira, her daughter who is less than a month old, is already drinking milk in a glass.

The also model published some videos in which she explains that when she went out with her husband Billy Rovzar on the first date to have dinner after delivery, she had to prepare her baby's breast milk and leave it ready in small glasses so that it does not have confusion syndrome chest in the future.

"We give him the milk that we left him in a little cup because right now he cannot take the bottle because he will give him the syndrome of confusion," said the baby who was born on December 26. "You have to give the husband and yourself time," she added.

Álvarez admitted feeling judged on different occasions, including in her motherhood, and stressed that sometimes it is important that her followers "see the other side of the coin, the options that each person has and how different" each one is in making decisions.

The confusion syndrome is that the baby does not know how to distinguish between the nipple and the bottle, so it can reject the breast or cause nipple injuries when it is being breastfed.
