Gaby Espino celebrated her entrepreneurial debut with friends by opening her first beauty salon in Miami. And for the occasion, the protagonist of Santa diabla (Telemundo), shares her secret to look this radiant every day.

“I try to take care of my diet, to drink a lot of water. [You have to] avoid carbohydrates in quantity, sweets,”says the Venezuelan.

The actress points out that she tries to balance a good diet with hours of exercise, when the recording of the soap opera that stars with Aarón Díaz, Carlos Ponce and Ximena Duque allows it.

I really like doing Zumba and cardiovascular. When I'm doing a novel, I do it once or twice a week, and when I don't do a novel, I do try at least five times a week,”he says.

Gaby pays special attention to her skin and hair. “I try to take care of my skin, to use a moisturizer, to remove all my makeup, especially since they do a lot of makeup on me in the soap opera. I take care of my hair, very much, I love to take care of the hair because especially in the novel and photo stage it is damaged a lot for what is the hairstyle and the iron and everything”.
