Whether as a model, TV presenter, or actress, Daisy Fuentes has tried a little bit of everything in the middle of the show. But these days what she enjoys the most is her facet as an entrepreneur, in which she started several years ago when she launched her own line of women's clothing.

However, the 42-year-old model has not stayed there, but has entered the world of accessories, fragrances and even beauty. The former Luis Miguel has just launched Daisy Fuentes Style Pro, her new line of hair care products, completely free of sulfates and parabens. With a total of nine products - two shampoos and two conditioners (one for curly hair and one for straight hair), a deep conditioner, a mousse, a spray to use before the dryer, a fixing spray and a shine spray - and one Rich floral fragrance, this line brings a product for every need, and within the reach of anyone's pocket.

Fuentes spoke exclusively with PeopleEnEspanol.com about this new beauty line. Find out what it brings us.

How did the idea of creating this line of hair products come about?

The main idea came about because I had been looking for sulfate-free and paraben-free products. I found some without sulfates and others without parabens, and I found some that had none, that were completely natural and organic. But they left my hair either very heavy or very clean or very dry. And you know what? I don't need my shampoo and conditioner to be organic, I need my tomatoes to be organic (laughs). So, I wanted healthy products, with quality ingredients that are healthy, but effective.

Why was creating a sulfate and paraben free line so important to you?

If people investigate, they will find that parabens are in many of the products for the skin, for the hair, in almost everything we have in the house. Parabens have been found in breast tumors; Studies have shown that parabens affect hormone levels in women and affect the fetus [in pregnant women]. This is all very controversial; there are many who oppose it because they say it is not true. But the fact that it has been proven in some studies is enough to make me want to use products without parabens.

There are many celebrities who launch products but do not use them … do you use these products?

I love my products, I use them all. I don't see the point of creating something that you are not going to use. That is the privilege of creating a brand that you can be proud of. The clothes too, I wear the clothes from my clothing line, this blouse is from my clothing line (it shows a beautiful purple loose blouse that she is wearing).

Tell us step by step how you use these products …

I put on the deep conditioner once a week. And every other day I wash my hair. When I get it curly, I use the shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, and the mousse. If not, I use straight hair. I always use the shine spray, to give shine to the hair.

What is your favorite product of any line?

The shine spray has become the star product. I do a little and it gives me shine, but it doesn't make my hair greasy. You can use it up to twice a day. We work on this shine spray and make it soft enough to give shine and luster, but without greasing the hair.
