The new year began with a wonderful gift for the family of singer Janet Jackson, as the superstar welcomed her first child, Eissa, at age 50.
As confirmed by People magazine, the famous artist gave birth to her first-born in a delivery "without stress and healthy."
"Janet Jackson and her husband Wissam Al Mana are excited to introduce their son Eissa Al Mana to the world," shared the artist's representative.
The baby thus becomes the first child of the star with the Qatari billionaire, with whom Michael Jackson's sister married in 2012.
Despite the fact that the successful artist and her partner tried to keep the news of the pregnancy out of the public eye, the cancellation of her Unbreakable world tour in May 2016 gave some indications that the singer could be waiting for a baby.
After postponing her concert series, the star added fuel to the pregnancy rumors with a message shared on her networks in which she assured that the reason for the decision was because she and her husband would focus on their family.
“We are in the second part of my tour and we have had an unexpected change. I think you should be the first to know. My husband and I are thinking about our family, so we will have to postpone the tour, said the singer through a video.
