Jennifer López Will Receive An Award For Being An Exemplary Mother

Jennifer López will be named "Exemplary Mother" by the March of Dimes Foundation.

The singer and actress will be honored next Friday with the Grace Kelly award at the eighth lunch that the organization, which advocates for the health of babies, will offer at a hotel in Beverly Hills.

The mother of twins Max and Emme will be recognized with this title as a famous mom who supports the birth of healthy babies.

"As a mom myself, I am aware of the importance of pregnancy and a healthy baby," JLo said in a statement.

The March of Dimes Foundation's mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality through research, community service, education, and care programs.

Reese Witherspoon was the famous mom who received recognition at the last edition of this event.

The president and executive director of the A&E channel, Nancy Dubuc, and Dr. Balaji Govindaswami, chief of medicine for the newborn at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, will also be recognized for their work.
