Catherine Siachoque is ready to let go next Monday, December 9 with the end of the saga that stars Doña Hilda since 2008, a character who has accompanied her during the last years of her career and has brought her so much satisfaction.

"I'm not scared at all to change," says the Colombian actress in an interview with People en Español, who has close to 5 million followers on Instagram alone.

"But I do regret leaving Doña Hilda because I have a lot of love for that character," says Miguel Varoni's wife. "It has been a challenge for me that has been difficult because she is a complicated character due to the character that she has, although she is strong for some things for others she is very weak, and you had to maintain that and maintain it for so many years it was difficult."

The 47-year-old interpreter recognizes that what will surprise her most from her participation in Sin senos si hay paradise, now known as The End of Paradise, is the love of the people.

"Fortunately we still have a couple of seasons on the air more internationally, but what else, perhaps, I will miss is the 'Doña Hilda, Doña Hilda' of all the people on the street because they love all the characters", tells what was a villain of successful soap operas from Telemundo such as Pecados ajenos and Tierra de pasiones.

"But also working in Colombia and the group of people with whom I got closest during the production, friends who will stay with me forever," he adds.

But what can advance us from the end?

"Not much because they hang me," Siachoque laughs. “The ending really is surprising. I think it will leave them like us, with their mouths open."

The last chapter of The End of Paradise airs on December 9 on Telemundo.
