Man Who Pregnant His Daughter Killed Her

A man who had an incestuous relationship with his daughter murdered her - and also killed her adoptive father -, and later killed himself. Their seven-month-old son was found murdered in another state, police said.

Time reports that Steven Pladl, 45, had previously been arrested for having an incestuous relationship with his daughter Katie Pladl, 20, with whom he had a seven-month-old baby. The infant was found dead in the house they both shared in North Carolina. Meanwhile, the rest of the bodies were found in Connecticut.

The note indicates that the police responded to a call in which they reported a shooting in the morning hours, 8:40 am in New Milford, Connecticut. Upon arriving at the scene, they found two victims inside a truck. One of the windows had been shot, Lt. Lawrence Ash told Time. Police were searching for Steven Pladl's Honda truck. After finding her, they found him dead inside the vehicle in the town of Dover, New York.

Time says that the police have not yet found a motive for the murder. Steven Pladl's mother was the one who notified police after having a conversation with her son, said Lawrence Capps of the Knightdale, North Carolina police. Police reported that the minor was found alone in the residence. Meanwhile, the man's daughter, Katie Pladl, and his adoptive father, Anthony Fusco, 56, were found in the vehicle, he said.
