A monstrous new case of abuse has made headlines in Washington state. An 18-year-old girl has been allegedly raped after lying down and unconscious after suffering a drug overdose. In addition to such a crime, it appears that the perpetrator subsequently sent photos of the naked girl to a group.

The possible culprit boasted of having had sexual relations with Alyssa Mae Nocedato with her coworkers at the local Dairy Queen.
