Alleged Shooting At Miami Dade Dolphin Mall

A new moment of chaos and fear is the one that was experienced on Saturday night at the Dolphin Mall in the city of Sweetwater, in Miami Dade County. The walkers believed they had heard a shooting causing despair and a terrified flight from the place.

According to the newspaper El Nuevo Herald, the alleged shooting occurred shortly after 9:30 pm, allegedly by a black man, at least that is what the authorities initially reported.

Although no injuries have been registered, several ambulances were located outside the shopping center in case of needing to attend to someone.

After being evacuated, the place was reviewed millimeter by millimeter by the police in order to find clues to what had happened. People and buyers had to come out with their hands up to show they were not armed and to avoid further scares.

The investigation continues its process in which agents from the Sweetwater, Doral, Miami-Dade and even the Florida Highway Patrol police have intervened.

Although the danger seems to have passed, for the moment citizens are being asked to avoid passing through the area until further notice in order to clarify this case.
