Two Young Men Put Baby In Freezer

The unbridled desire to gain popularity on social media took a strange turn again, after two teenagers who cared for their younger cousins were videotaped in Massachusetts while placing one of them, a few months old, inside a refrigerator. Local authorities filed charges against them for assault and endangering a minor.

According to 6 ABC Action News, the young women had recorded their risky prank and shared it with their followers on Snapchat.

The authorities revealed that in one of those sequences you can see the young girls, who were caring for 7-month-old children, putting a little girl in the fridge. Immediately they close the door leaving it inside and they begin to laugh.

Fortunately, the baby didn't spend too much time in the fridge and didn't get hurt. However, the authorities did not want to dismiss the case, thus setting a legal precedent that there are unacceptable jokes.

For her part, the boy's mother, who did not want to be identified, commented that she was sure that there was no intention to hurt her son. "Children do stupid things … I know that she would not hurt my daughter and that it was not her intentions, I think it was all nonsense, stupid."

The excessive desire to get followers on social networks has caused several accidents among some people, some of them fatal. A few weeks ago a young woman recorded the accident in which her sister died in California, and recorded it while dying.
