Brennan Hart, the agency's former associate administrator and acting chief of staff, told GSA inspector general investigators that he and the White House official, whose name remains anonymous, were under the influence of alcohol. and they engaged in sexual activities beginning in the administrative suite area of the building and ending on its roof.
Hart admitted to having drunk in the office outside business hours. Investigators concluded that Hart violated various government policies, according to CNN.
The GSA said Hart's employment with the agency ended in March 2018, shortly after the report was originally filed.

The agency's current administrator, Emily Murphy, told investigators in February 2018 that she "often allows" her immediate employees to drink alcohol in her office after business hours on Fridays, but said she was "very careful with those approvals ", according to the report.
Hart now works at Three Rivers Solutions, a consulting and public relations firm that started after leaving the government agency, The Hill reported.
