The reality star has revealed how he has achieved that toned body that he presumes and no, it is not a miracle diet.

Since giving birth to her second child, Saint, in December 2015, Kim Kardashian has promised the world and herself that she would return to her ideal weight and, now that she has achieved it and is fitter than ever, she has not hesitated to share with everyone the secret of their success: Melissa Alcántara.

It is not the name of a plastic surgeon or the latest brand of firming creams, but rather a personal trainer and bodybuilder that Kim found no more or less than through her favorite social network and that has now risen to fame thanks to her appearance on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

“I was looking on Instagram and this bodybuilder who had gained 70 pounds during her pregnancy appeared on my page. Her son is about 6 years old now and she is very muscular and defined, Kim revealed on the show.

“[Kim] did not want to be thin, he wanted to be firm and strong […]. She said, "I love my body and I love my hips," Alcantara tells PEOPLE. "She just wanted more muscle […] and she wants those abs and firm arms!"

According to the magazine, his training starts at 6 in the morning, six days a week. One of the parts of the body that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is most concerned about is the legs and that's why her physical trainer dedicates 3 days a week only to that area.

The trainer also works with the Kardashian-West team of cooks to ensure that her client eats a balanced diet of vegetables, fats, and proteins in which processed foods are strictly prohibited.

One of his favorite dishes to start the day are blueberry and oatmeal pancakes, chicken and vegetables to eat and fish and more vegetables to dine. I want him to eat real food. If it comes in a box, it is most likely not good for you,”says Alcántara.
