Ana Patricia Gámez Does Not Want More Children

This year, Ana Patricia Gámez preferred not to have New Year's resolutions that she cannot meet, since, according to the presenter of Despierta América, each year includes in her list being constant in her exercise rite, but she has never managed to reach that goal.

“I would like to say that I am going to get really good at exercising, but I say it every year and I never do it. I start exercising on Mondays and I finish on Tuesday and I don't want to do any more”, he confessed with a laugh. “I love doing yoga, but doing it takes me two and a half hours of the day that I prefer to be with the children. But I'm going to try to take [exercise] classes once or twice a week and start a plan fit to see if I can get to that point that I've never achieved.”

With the arrival of Gael in July last year, the presenter has less time to do her personal things, however she enjoys being the one who takes care of him and her older sister Giulietta, almost 4 years old.

Being a mother of two has not been easy for Gámez, whose work requires continuous travel and confesses that he has had to adapt to being away from them and using technology.

“I try to get back as soon as possible [from the trips]. I have a person who helps me since Giulietta was born, who is divine. But I am the one that I have to adapt to because I am the one who wants to see them, I need them. I talk to them on FaceTime every little while and I don't let them miss me,”revealed the presenter.

During her trip to San Diego, California on Friday, where she celebrated National Milk Day, Gaméz shared that her daughter's favorite drink is precisely that liquid derived from the cow that still takes it in her bottle.

"I was a nursing mom, she still loves her bottle and takes it whole," she said.

As an ambassador for the MILK: Love for the True campaign, the presenter wants to teach her children about the importance of family traditions, which is why, during the past Christmas holidays, Gámez started her own tradition: cooking cookies with the family.

"We loved it because we did it from buying the ingredients together, cooking them and they came out very delicious!" “On the 24th [December] at night, we put the cookies on Santa [Claus] with an accompanying glass of milk and Giulietta was fascinated by that idea. I loved it and it is something that we will continue to do.”

With the couple at home, are there plans to increase the family in the future?

"No!" He hastened to exclaim. “Sometimes we would like to, but then we remember all the work and no. I think we have closed the factory and Luis [her husband] has been thinking in recent days, about having surgery [to avoid having more children]. It is not a major operation, in any case it could be reversible in men, not in women. I feel like we have the girl, the boy, they have a good age, we feel complete.”

And so there is no temptation, the presenter has already given away her maternity clothes and is in the process of disposing of all the baby items she had saved from Giulietta.
