Love and solidarity towards those who have the least became the protagonists of the fifth edition of the USA Telethon, issued by Univisión. The celebrities forgot about their busy schedules to be at a gala that has managed to raise more than 15 million dollars in donations.

An amount that will go to the treatment of children with disabilities in the CRIT rehabilitation center. On this emotional day, which lasted almost 30 hours, stars such as Alejandra Espinoza, Chiquis Rivera and Thalía herself offered their talent and generosity to obtain a greater number of donations. The evening was also marked by the testimonies of families who have witnessed the achievements of this first-person treatment.

For example, the interpreter of “Rosalinda” spent a day with Sofía, a girl with a disability, and her family to share with the audience the importance and benefits of programs like this one.

There was also a place for music thanks to the group Maná, whose performance included an exceptional guest, Mark Goffeney, who would play the guitar with his feet. Or the daughter of Jenni Rivera who, in addition to singing “La fool”, made a generous donation of $ 7,500 and gave a precious kiss to a little boy affected by disability.

Another way to contribute your grain of sand to this good cause has been by donating personal items. This was done by Alejandra Espinoza, who published on her networks that she would donate three of her dresses in exchange for a donation.

Many stars joined forces and talent in favor of children with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. It is worth mentioning, among others, the actor and comedian Eugenio Derbez, the singer Gloria Estefan, the Italian pop music star Laura Pausini or the sensational American singer Leslie Grace.

Undoubtedly, an event that has returned smiles and enthusiasm to children and families who deal with these kinds of circumstances every day. Congratulations for so much effort and work for another year!
