The Beauty Benefits Of Cocoa

There are many benefits that we can obtain from the fruits that the earth gives. For centuries, innumerable medicinal and beauty benefits have been extracted from plants that we find mostly in the lands of Latin American countries. That is why Latinas have a few natural tricks from grandma, which for generations we have used to beautify ourselves and cure some ills. One of those allies of health and beauty is undoubtedly cocoa.

In a new edition of the Specials with Kika, the beauty expert Kika Rocha went to Guatemala to show us the different benefits that we can obtain from this fruit, which comes from one of the most popular sweets in the world, chocolate.

Rocha spoke with a master chocolatier who gave her more details about this ancient fruit and shared with her the process that is carried out to make the different wonders that come from the east.

“The tea is made from the cocoa shell. We don't waste anything at all,”explains the expert. "It is good for headaches, hangovers, stomach aches, colic and is a natural relaxant."
