The cosmetics firm Urban Decay is preparing to launch its first collaboration with a celebrity, and the chosen one, nothing more, nothing less, is the singer Gwen Stefani.
"We have always been big fans of Gwen's work," explained the founder and creative director of the brand Wende Zomnir in a statement. “We wanted this project to come out for years and it's finally the perfect time. She is a true partner who truly represents the Urban Decay spirit.”
After an intense process in which the interpreter has been involved in all creative phases, from the choice of colors or product formulas to packaging, the collection is ready to see the light.
"When Urban Decay asked me to collaborate with them, I immediately thought it was the perfect union," said the former No Doubt vocalist. “The way they have built their company is very similar to my aesthetic. It is about expressing yourself creatively, without fear of going out of the conventional”.

Although the brand has not given many details about the collection, we want to think that it will have a red lipstick, the unmistakable seal of the singer, who has gone through numerous phases of style throughout her career, from her days of bright colors in No Doubt the pin-up aesthetic that looks these days.
"Everyone knows I love makeup," said Stefani. “From a very young age it has been one of my artistic passions. I used to be a makeup artist. It is my war paint. We have created products that I carry every day, it is something real. I am obsessed with everything we have done and cannot wait to share it.”
The Gwen Stefani collection for Urban Decay will be a limited edition and will be on sale from November 22 on the website of the brand, Sephora, Ulta and Macy's.
