The baby of Louis Tomlinson, a member of the British band One Direction, has already been born.
Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth, a California-based stylist, welcomed a boy on Thursday, January 21 in Los Angeles.
"Louis is happy and very excited to become a father and thinks that Briana will be an excellent mother," a friend of the couple exclusively told People magazine.
In July last year, it was learned that the 24-year-old singer and Jungwirth were expecting their first-born, news that surprised them at first, but "strengthened the bond they had as friends," added the source.
Tomlinson will have more time to dedicate to his baby since One Direction announced a temporary withdrawal from the stage in December last year during the season finale of The X Factor UK, the program where the band was formed.
