After recently leaving behind Catalina Santana, a character she played for several years in the successful Telemundo saga Without Breasts, There Is Paradise, Carmen Villalobos is ready to welcome 2020 with open arms. In an exclusive interview with People en Español, the Colombian actress tells us about her new professional projects after The End of Paradise and reveals, among other issues, how she will celebrate Christmas.

How would you like your next character to be?

I would love for him to be a totally different star, a star who takes me a little out of my comfort zone, although if a villain comes it would also be very cool. Something really that is not the typical bad but a bad that really has grounds to be bad, these bad as they have psychological things in their head. But I think that any character that comes after Catalina that is challenging for me will be very pleasant to play.

You're still on Telemundo, right?

Yes, we are still there.

So we are not going to lose track of you?

No, apart from the other year the company is coming that later I will be talking about it.

Christmas is coming, how will you celebrate it?

I am going to celebrate it in Colombia with the family, with Sebas and with mine. And already preparing ourselves with everything for 2020. I don't want a single day to go by without being productive.

What do you ask of the new year?

I always ask for the same: great health. I have a phrase that says 'Diosito dame Salud, I'll take care of the rest'. I really believe that when you are healthy you have all the desire to work and to get ahead. Without health we are nothing. Nowadays, apart from health, I also ask for a lot of happiness.
